Located just east of the Fort Collins Country Club and Long Pond Reservoir in North Fort Collins, Maple Hill is a neighborhood of newly constructed homes built predominately by Journey Homes beginning in 2005. You will find a variety of home styles throughout the subdivision including ranch style, two-story, and multi-level homes the majority of which include an attached 2 or 3 car garage. Many homes feature an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. Most lots are between 0.1 and 0.15 acres. The neighborhood is still growing with new construction options available through Journey Homes and Aspen Homes. Homes for sale in Maple Hill are typically listed between $180,000 and $280,000.

Maple Hill is a wonderful subdivision for families! It features a neighborhood pool for residents, a 7 acre community park to be built, and community events–including an annual 4th of July block party with face painting, apple bobbing, and a water slide for the kids. This quiet neighborhood has a very rural feel with mountain views to the west and agricultural fields of corn and beautiful sunflowers to the east. But don’t let it fool you! Maple Hill is a quick 2 mile drive to I-25 and less than 5 miles from the energetic city center of downtown Fort Collins. Head east on Country Club Road to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery to see the famous Budweiser Clydesdales or take a complimentary beermaster tour. Looking to escape the crowds? Head north on Turnberry Road for some outdoor recreation and fishing at the Smith Lake State Wildlife Area or one of the many public reservoirs in south Wellington. There are so many wonderful sites to enjoy within a short distance of the family friendly neighborhood of Maple Hill.
