Huntington Hills’ convenient location, extensive amenities and relatively affordable prices make it one of the most popular neighborhoods in South Fort Collins. Harmony corridor shopping, Fossil Creek Community Park and South Ridge Greens Golf course are just a few of the nearby attractions.

Homes were built mostly in the mid to late 1990s, by a variety of builders including Custom Environments, Rossi Homes, Griess Construction, Shepardson Homes, Engle Homes, and Sanford. Although a number of builders chipped in to complete the neighborhood the architectural feel is consistent. Mostly 2 story homes with brick veneers and front entry garages although some ranches can be found in the mix and a few with walkout basements. The landscaping has matured nicely and many residents have aspens gracing their front yards. Pedestrians enjoy wide sidewalks and paved walking trails leading to the Huntington Hills community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and don’t forget Fossil Creek Park!
